Whoop Whoop! I am so excited for the Bachelor season and even more excited that the Bachelor is Colton. He was my absolute favorite and I talked about how much I liked him in one of my older blog posts when he was a contestant on the Bachelorette. With the show re-introducing Colton tonight, it made me like him all over again but even more than when he was on Becca’s season or Bachelor in Paradise.
My favorite girl so far is Cassie. I’m definitely a fan of her working with kids as a speech pathologist and she looks real. Hannah G. is one of my faves too. Other girls were asking Colton questions right away about his virginity and why he’s still a virgin, but Hannah G. was talking to him about football and having a more relaxed conversation with him. I also like Heather even though she said she’s never been kissed before. That makes me like her even more because I can’t stand it when girls brag about how many boyfriends they’ve had or hooked up with. I like Nina since she’s from where I live and she’s gorgeous. I am a fan of Caitlin as well. I’m also kind of liking Kirpa and Nicole too. But my absolute favorites are Cassie and Hannah G.
Catherine though. So annoying. She’s definitely going to be kept around to start and maintain all the drama in the house. While everyone was trying to have conversations and meet him for the first time, Catherine constantly interrupted and was really annoying. But there always has to be that girl to start all the drama. Speaking of drama, I’m just waiting for the pageant girls to get annoyed with each other too.
And then comes the first impression rose.
I couldn’t be more happy for Hannah G. to end up with the first impression rose. I really like how chill she is and she seems less fake and more mature than the other ones.
Rose ceremony time.
The ones who received a rose were: Caelynn, Katie, Alex B., Hannah B., Onyeka, Caitlin, Annie, Kirpa, Heather, Elyse, Tayshia, Courtney, Cassie, Demi, Nina, Ericka Sydney, Bri, Angelique, Tracy, Nicole, and Catherine. I like all of those choices except for his choice to keep Catherine around.
Is it just me or is there way more fake lashes and hair extensions compared to other seasons? I’m all for dressing up and wanting to look your best, but do girls really need to look that fake? I’m down for being 100% natural while still dressing up. Do you think this season’s girls have more hair extensions and fake lashes too?
All in all, I enjoyed the premiere of Colton’s season with the special clip about Chris Harrison, taking a look at all the families that got started through the Bachelor/Bachelorette, and everything in between. What did you guys think of it? Who are your favorites so far? Can’t wait to see how this season goes and blog about it with you all!
Until next time,
