Whew! What a way to start Christmas. We were suppose to fly out of RDU Sunday around 6pm, but after two delays our flight got cancelled. We got rebooked to leave the next day to go to Dallas and then head to Heathrow from there.
We finally arrived in London greeted by my siblings Tuesday morning (Christmas Eve). We went to our Airbnb, decorated a Christmas tree all together, had mince pies, went to Nandos for dinner, went to a Christingle service, then Midnight Mass at Chelmsford Cathedral.
This has been such a special Christmas Eve so far. Number one, because I’ve missed being with my siblings so bad and now we’re together, and secondly because we’re more focused on spending time together than worrying about presents.
Hope you all have had a wonderful Christmas Eve. What are some things you’re looking forward to this holiday? Leave them in the comments below! Merry Christmas Eve!
