One thing I like about the quarantine is the opportunity to get outside and exercise more. I always wake up and do a workout in the morning, but I love taking a brain break in the evening to walk around the neighborhood, which I normally wouldn’t have had time for.
Whether it’s going to different parks to explore or around the community, I love being able to refresh my mind outside.
